Hostel accommodation request
Step 1: Student request for hostel facility with the request form details in student portal
Step 2: Request lists updated in the Chief warden dashboard in the hostel portal and he will avail the fee payment of following
Hostel caution deposit
Hostel fee
Mess fee
Step 3: Once fee paid by the student, chief warden will confirm the request with date of joining then request forwarded to warden.
Step 4: Warden will arrange the room facility and all.
Step 5: Status change from day-scholar to hosteller in the admin portal for ID card.
Day Scholar request
Step 1: Student request for relieving from hostel with request form details in student portal.
Reason for leaving from hostel
Current communication address with contact number
Bank details incase and refund
Step 2: Once request submitted, request will be updated in warden dashboard.
Step 3: Warden will update the following
Joining year and month
Remarks
Step 4: Request submitted to Chief warden and he will review and decide whether the refund to be paid.
Step5: If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the Finance Portal and the accounts team will provide a unique transaction reference number(UTR). If the refund is not approved, the status of the facility will automatically be updated in the admin portal.
Step6: Once the unique transaction reference number(UTR) is obtained, the status for the individual will be changed from hosteller to day-scholar in the admin portal.

Bus Facility Request
Step1: Student requests access to the college bus service by submitting a form in the student portal that includes their personal information, including:-
the desired bus route
boarding point
starting date.
Step 2: The requests made by students for access to the bus service are being updated in the administrative dashboard within the bus portal.
Step3:The admin will verify whether a seat is available, and if so, will assign a fee. If not, the request will be rejected and remarks will be provided.
Step 4: A SMS will be send to the student regarding the fee payment.
Step 5: Student has to pay the assigned fee in the student portal.
Step 6: Automatically the bus details will be updated in the students profile of admin portal
Register Complaints
Step !: Student can register a complaint through student portal(services)

This complaint will list under the student complaints in students 360
Advisors need to approve it, then only the student affairs team will be able to see it.
